I was just trying to place a simple order, but the site kept freezing and the filters weren’t working properly. It took way too long to find basic items, and then, to make it worse, my basket randomly emptied. I don’t mind a clunky site here and there, but this was frustrating.

I usually manage to find what I need at Homebase, whether it’s paint, tools, garden stuff, or just small things for around the house. Because they have a good range, I don’t have to run around to lots of different shops, which makes things much easier. I’ve even found more choice on some items than I expected. It’s simple to browse, compare a few options, and get what I need. Really happy with it overall, 5 stars from me.

I ordered a few bits for the garden and everything turned up exactly on the day they said it would. The driver was really friendly as well, which was a nice bonus. Super easy from start to finish, no hassle at all.

I got text updates all the way through with the delivery time, and the driver even gave me a call. The whole process was really easy and straightforward, with no messing about at all.

I was expecting the return to be a hassle, but nope, the refund came through really quick. I was annoyed at first, but then I checked my account and was like, okay, never mind, that was easy.

Ordered a storage unit and one of the corner panels turned up cracked, which I’m guessing happened on the way. I was a bit stuck because I needed it for that weekend, especially with everything else going on.

I sent Homebase a couple of photos and expected the usual back and forth, but they got back to me quickly. They didn’t make it complicated, just sorted out a replacement and kept me posted.

The new part arrived fine and the staff I dealt with were really helpful. These things happen, so I can’t really complain when it was dealt with properly. Easy 5 stars from me

I ordered some paint and didn’t expect it to arrive the very next day, but it did. That’s good, right? I was happy with the quick delivery overall, though the box was a bit battered when it turned up. Still, the paint arrived, so I can’t complain too much.

I was really hoping the kitchen and bathroom work would go smoothly, but it ended up being a bit of a letdown, haha. The fitting ran late, a few bits were missing, and I didn’t really get proper updates along the way. Just made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.

I used Homebase online and, the checkout just felt easy. My basket updated properly, the payment went through first time, and the confirmation email landed almost straight away. No confusing bits or faffing around. My gut feeling was that it was all straightforward and reliable, so I’d happily use it again

I popped into the garden centre expecting a decent selection, but it was a bit of a let down. A lot of the plants looked tired and like they hadn’t been looked after properly, which felt avoidable. Hopefully it was just an off day, but I left without buying anything.

I was looking for a discount and ended up finding a good one here. I think the price was better than what I’d seen elsewhere, and the delivery was fine too. No complaints, really

I had to reach out to customer service about an order, it was more frustrating than I expected. Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like the first person I talked to didn’t really know how to help, and then I got passed around a bit. Everyone was polite, so I’ll give them that, but it still took way too long to get a simple answer...

I picked up a few things from Homebase while sorting out the garden, i’m happy with how it all turned out. The shelves feel solid, and the paint went on better than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I’m always a bit wary when ordering stuff online in case it feels cheap or flimsy, but that wasn’t the case here. Everything’s holding up well so far, so my final verdict is that it was definitely worth buying from them, and I’d use Homebase again.

Popped in to grab some paint and a few bits for the garden, and the staff were really helpful!! The person I asked seemed to know exactly what they were talking about and pointed me to the right products without making it feel like a hassle or anything!!! Only reason I’d knock a star off is the queue at the till was a bit slow, but overall it was a good visit!!

The shop was clean and the layout was easy enough to figure out, so I’ll give them that. I didn’t have to wander around forever just to find my way, which is more than I can say for some places. Still, it was just a basic shopping experience

Delivery was fine, although I did have to keep an eye on the tracking more than I’d have liked, which was a bit annoying. Everything turned up and did the job though, so for the money I can’t really complain. I’d use Homebase again.
